Patients History  

   - Thai woman 68 year old, BW = 88.5 kg, BMI = 34.6 kg/m2

   - Left arm swelling for 3 years

   - Breast cancer surgery, chemotherapy & radiation in 2011 (3 years ago)

Diagnosis

   - Secondary Lymphedema

Treatment

1. Reduction Phase:

    - Twisting Tourniquet Technique (TTT) 5 days at Lymphedema Day Care Center 

    - Pneumatic Compression Pump & Vegan diet as adjuvant therapy

2. Maintenance Phase:  Apply  

     - Compression armsleeve ClassII (20-30 mmHg)

     - Vegan diet (All 3 meals a day)

Result  after 5 days of TTT                                      

     - Volume reduction          =   3,111 mL

     - Volume reduction rate    =    59.0 %
