Patient History

     - Thai man 28 year old

     - BW = 51.9 kg, BMI = 21.6 kg/m²

     - Left leg swelling for 18 years

Diagnosis

     - Primary Lymphedema Praecox

Treatment

    1. Reduction Phase:

     - Twisting Tourniquet Technique (TTT) for 5 days at Lymphedema Day Care Center 

     - Vegan diet (adjuvant therapy)

    2. Maintenance Phase:  Apply  

      - Compression stocking ClassII (20-30 mmHg)

      - Self-bandage by use elastic bandage (20-40 mmHg)

      - Self-TTT at home during free time.

      - Vegan diet (All 3 meals a day) 

Result after 5 days TTT (Reduction phase)                        

     - Volume reduction         =  3,399 mL

     - Volume reduction rate  =    39.0 %

Result after 2 months and 25 days (Maintenance phase)                            

     - Volume reduction         =   4,430 mL

     - Volume reduction rate  =      50.0 %

Result after 6 months and 5 days (Maintenance phase)                             

     - Volume reduction         =   6,100 mL

     - Volume reduction rate  =      67.3 %
